EastLink's residential sales have soared over the last 6 years and market penetration, spurred on by infrastructure investment and the addition of new services like digital telephone, has been exceptional.

However, EastLink Business has found it challenging to find similar success and awareness in the diverse business market.

To reverse this, Revolve mapped out a strategic marketing plan focused on raising awareness, targeting new partnerships and segmenting current customers to better assess their needs and add value to their communications package. In a market dominated by one large telecommunications company, outspending the competition on advertising was never an option. Instead, we focused on developing a targeted strategy that would effectively reach small - medium sized companies with a similar entrepreneurial spirit to EastLink. EastLink's brand promise It's that easy was adapted to Business Solutions Made Easy. The campaign creative featured simple and clean headline driven messages around key benefits that EastLink Business offered including more communications options, flexibility and value.

Print advertising in business publications, radio and direct mail pieces targeting specific business segments rounded out the campaign.

EastLink provides telecommunications services that are tailored to businesses of any size; Revolve ensured that their marketing strategy was tailored to communicate it.
