As Creative Director, Matthew is in charge of the balancing act. With a firm grip on the client's objectives in one hand, and the target audience's objectives in the other, Matt initiates and inspires creative ideas for and from everyone involved in the creative process. Then, he helps implement a creative approach that is deeply rooted in brand strategy, concise in its delivery, and appetizing to the consumer. His innate understanding of human nature is equally expressed through his approach to ideas as it is in his approach to staff.
The past 14 years have availed Matthew an array of industry experiences in the areas of social marketing, products and services, real estate development, retail, professional associations and not-for-profit. In the world of agency, it is heartening to note that many of Matthew's clients are long-term advocates of his acumen and outlook.
