Michael Downs - User Research Lead, Revolve
Mike has over eighteen years of user centered design experience. He is a member of the Usability Professionals Association and has attended training with the Nielsen Norman Group. Having conducted over 400 usability sessions in the past 10 years on interfaces ranging from applications to websites, Mike has extensive real world experience. Over the past decade Mike has strived to provide real value and tangible benefits to customers such as Macys, Tourism New Brunswick, NSLC, Wendys, Maritime Life, Bank of Montreal, Tourism British Columbia and many others. Through this experience, Mike has become a leader in understanding user needs when developing and assessing a website. Mike champions the customer experience through-out the development process by consistently communicating their needs and aligning a solution to meet user, business and brand goals.
