The global pandemic brought on by COVID-19 has created a state of emergency unlike anything most of us have seen in our lifetimes. This virus can only be contained and managed if we all take action to stop the spread.

Wash your hands with soap and hot water for at least 20 seconds. Cough or sneeze into tissues or the inside of your elbow. Don’t touch your face. Stay at least six feet away from others. Stay patient and calm. Self-isolate whether or not you have symptoms. And most importantly, help us spread the message, not the virus.
