Delta Hotels Dartmouth
Located in Burnside Business Park and at the doorstep of some of our city’s best shopping destinations, Delta Dartmouth welcomes guests with new luxury amenities and excellent dining. With a year of operation under their belt, Delta Dartmouth turned to Revolve for help attracting leisure travelers during the winter shoulder season.
Our strategy involved a two-pronged approach. A robust television campaign raised awareness of Delta Dartmouth’s attractions and amenities, while a targeted Facebook contest campaign drove bookings. All media, including broadcast and digital, was planned, negotiated and purchased by Revolve’s in-house media team.
On television, viewers were placed in the shoes of a guest. Through the point of view of different family members, they witnessed Delta Dartmouth’s amazing amenities – getting as close to the action as possible. The campaign tagline, “See For Yourself”, enticed Atlantic Canadian families to take the next step. From concepting and scripting to casting, shooting and editing, all aspects of the television campaign were produced in-house by Revolve.
On Facebook, we created and executed the Delta Getaway Giveaway. Targeted at parents with young children, Facebook users could comment to win prizes consisting of a two-night stay at Delta Dartmouth, plus meals and gift certificates to local family-friendly attractions.
With just three boosted Facebook posts spread over one month, the Delta Getaway Giveaway delivered impressive results. The campaign received 638,587 impressions, 9,400+ comments, 6,500+ likes, 3,850+ shares and 9,294 contest entries. What’s more, Delta Dartmouth’s Facebook page likes grew by 1,076%, providing the hotel with an expanded community of followers that can be leveraged for future marketing efforts.
