Oceanstone provides guests an authentic and unique experience at their oceanside resort, just down the road from Nova Scotia’s famous Peggy’s Cove. Revolve was engaged to craft a brand strategy to refine the Oceanstone brand story, narrative and voice and bring the brand to life in their communications, marketing materials, and an updated website.

We started with our proprietary brand DNA discovery, where the Oceanstone team shared what makes the seaside experience so exceptional – a magical and restorative combination of hospitality and warmth. In crafting the brand DNA, which informed the brand strategy, we uncovered their promise of seaside magic. To best showcase all that Oceanstone has to offer, we updated their website to allow for a more user-friendly experience. This was created thanks to the framework provided by the updated brand DNA, the creation of an identity, and an alignment with the proper photography. Together, this presented the best guide for all brand communications online, offline and onsite.


During the pandemic, we continued our partnership with Oceanstone to support their communication goals and business objectives. The guest experience is what sets Oceanstone apart, and their online presence needed to reflect this experience. We created a consistent and captivating voice paired with visually stunning design and photography to effectively tell their story through organic and paid social media, which all anchors back to an updated website design that is better suited to their new brand voice and desired client communication objectives.
Through this collaborative relationship, we’ve helped Oceanstone pivot to stay top of mind in 2020 and welcome the 2021 season with a new look and voice. We look forward to seeing how the launch of their new website will amplify the seaside magic that is yours to experience.
