Revolve was pleased to work with long-time client developer Annapolis Group to create a look and feel for The Avery brand, design and develop the website, provide marketing materials and consultation for the sales centre, craft social media content, plan and purchase media, and conceive and execute a launch campaign.
The Avery is a new luxury condominium being developed in downtown Dartmouth and overlooking Halifax Harbour.
The launch campaign leans on insight around The Avery’s most unique and enticing feature – its location in the heart of downtown Dartmouth, a new cultural hub in our region. Knowing we will have plenty of opportunity to talk about the building’s many features and amenities as the opening date gets closer, we took a disruptive approach, featuring what’s around The Avery, not what’s inside it. Photographs shot at various nearby shops and restaurants showcase the neighbourhood and its unique character.
The website was designed to entice and educate prospective buyers, as well as provide leads to The Avery’s sales team. As the hub of The Avery’s marketing efforts, it offers a wealth of information on the building and the local neighbourhood, while nudging potential buyers to book a viewing online. On social media, various pieces of content were created to promote both the building and neighbourhood to give people a well-rounded impression of what living at The Avery will be like.
The Avery project saw the Revolve team firing on all cylinders, with media, strategists, catalysts and creators all working together to provide well-calibrated recommendations and execute every aspect of the project in house.
